Nadine Ethner, based in Berlin, works on interdisciplinary projects with various clients as a designer, product manager, visual artist, coach and consultant in diverse fields. She has always collaborated with artists, designers and software developers, as well as a diverse array of institutions, cultural associations, companies, agencies, and teams from different fields including art & culture, ecommerce, publishing houses, travel, automotive and tech. Nadine is skilled in project management, product management, change- and transformation management, agile methods, coaching, problem solving, sales, and user experience. After finishing her M.A. in Germany she spent seven years in Rome, where she collaborated with international artists and photographers on various interactive projects and where she held lectures and workshops about photography. Travel in Europe, India, Japan, North Africa and Turkey during the same period exerted a strong, lasting influence on her visual language. This diversity of experience resulted in numerous group and solo shows in various galleries, institutions and foundations. Nadine studied at Burg Giebichenstein University of Art and Design in Halle (Graduate Certificate in Visual Art & Design/M.A. with Prof. Axel Müller-Schöll, Prof. Dr. Hanne Bergius, Prof. Greis & Prof. Schielicke) Germany and at the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome, Italy.
In 2016 Nadine founded VTph magazine to promote contemporary photography and artistic positions and inspire like a multi-lens camera, providing a diverse range of insights into the artist’s process with interviews, spotlights, talks and studio visits. What do images do to us in challenging times?
In 2021 she founded VTph editions – an online gallery and online shop with a fine selection of contemporary fine art photography. VTph editions presents the artwork of upcoming and renowned artists for collectors, art lovers and the interested audience.
